NetSuite ERP is a SaaS-based company that provides application access services for midsize businesses, the main classes of components are CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource management), E-commerce (e-commerce), and PSA (project management).

Founded in 1998 by a group of investors led by the main owner of Oracle Larry Ellison, who owned a controlling stake in the company throughout its existence. The company's shares were traded on the New York Stock Exchange. In July 2016, the firm was acquired by Oracle Corporation.

At the beginning of February 2009, 6.6 thousand companies were using it. The systems databases were located in the data center of Level 3 Communications.

NetSuite ERP was celebrated as one of the world's first subscription-only ERP systems. NetSuite CRM as of 2006 was included in the top 20 best CRM systems in the world according to Gartner. The project management system is based on the product of OpenAir, which was acquired in June 2008, which was also noted as one of the leading in the list of such systems.
