A superb tool - can't do without it
It does take a bit of getting used to, but this is a seriously flexible plugin capable of defining all sorts of quite complex discount rules

how to configure combinational promotions using your plugin? for example, we want to promote a product category exclusively for our customers who weren't active in the past month from a specific state. or something like this.
