Need developer to sell geospatial products

I'm working for a geospatial company that considers using NopCommerce to sell its products.
It seems it can't be done with the out-of-the-box version, so customizations are needed.

Specs:
The front-end needs to start with a map (OpenLayers or Leaflet), which shows custom polygons.
When clicked on a polygon several products for that polygon can be selected and bought.
In the backend, the polygons are uploaded.

Who can help? The project starts in December.
