Staging and Production connection string

Is there any way to change the connection string in dataSettings.json to set the staging address and production address as well. or perhaps dataSettings.json and dataSettings.staging.json.

I am using NopCommerce  4.40.3 hosted in IIS and database hosted in two DB servers one for staging and another one for production

Yes ;)

You can have two copies of dataSettings.json.  One in your staging site's App_Data folder, and another in your production site's App_Data folder
