Installation instructions:

  1. Download the plugin archive.
  2. Go to admin area > configuration > local plugins.
  3. Upload the plugin archive using the "Upload plugin or theme" plugin.
  4. Scroll down through the list of plugins to find the newly installed plugin. And click on the "Install" button to install the plugin.

Not working for version 4.50
We have follwed the instructions and register where ever necessary to download the plugin and installed in local plugins section and then enabled it from Widget and  configured the tag line. but in the public store it doesn't saw the chat window
instead it just saw the tag line at the bottom without any css

can any one guide us how to complete the setup?
