This plugin integrates your nopCommerce store directly with SmarterTrack Helpdesk for a seamless, feature-packed customer support ticket system/live chat solution.
You can select the mode for creating new customers in SmarterTrack Helpdesk (after registration, after paid order, manually)
Live Chat widget can be located in any predefined widgetzone in your store.
nop Admins will have a list of "SmarterTrack Tasks" in their own nop admin customer edit screen
Each customer in admin mode has a new tab with direct link to view any support tickets, chat history, call logs and details about that customer in their associated SmarterTrack Helpdesk account.
Plugin allows "Single-Sign-On" so that logged-in nopCommerce customers do not need to also login for support
SmarterTrack On-Premise solution is "Free for 1 agent" and installs as a separate website which will connect to your nopCommerce store by using this plugin.
Not registered version is fully operational. It has only one limitation. Only 50 customers will be registered.
