Yes, there is a whole lot of accounting processes which could be added to nopCommerce but I they have been seperated out and left for external systems or plugins.
One way to manage all the processes you would need is to link nopCommerce with an accounting system. We use an export plugin to send all the order data to MYOB which handles the rest.
