I have upgrade 4.2 to 4.3 Nopcommerce.in my localhost browser showing javascript files not working.

Still not working.All Js file showing 404.it seems AppendScriptParts and AddScriptPart Not working

Is your minification of JS or CSS enabled ?

in head.cshtml
Did you add 
Html.AddScriptParts(ResourceLocation.Footer, "src");
?
