Issue in Control Panel

Hello
i Faced this warning massage when install un-correct package for pay in Delivery Plugin that developed by NopCommerce team. So i Delete the all folder for the package and the store work perfectly. but as i say it only in Control Panel when open it.

I try fix this error but i can't. so need certified Nop Developer can help me fixing this issue.

Did you restart the web site?

(how did you solve your similar issue last time?)

same problem. not fixed :(

Also Restart the application and recycle app bool same problem.
