Move away from multi-store to single store.

Can anyone please guide me a little to move away from multi-store to a single store? What changes need to make in the database?

Apart from removing all the limited to store entries individually on products, categories, etc
Then deleting the store record

There is one setting you could try instead
Settings > Catalogue Settings > Ignore "limit per store" rules (sitewide)
I assume it will do what you want
