Tables not properly loading or updating in admin

I am using version 4.5.2 in a shared hosting environment. When I try to configure the site as admin, I usually need to click two or three times on the relevant configuration section (e.g. products or categories) before the table rows are displayed. The buttons are often not responsive to my input. I am running with 750 MB of RAM and as per my host, RAM is not the issue. Any suggestion of why I am having this problem? Thank you!

Check the System Log for any errors.

In the browser, turn on the developer console (typically the F12 key).  Then click your button/link and see if any errors appear in the Console tab.

I have increased the RAM from 750 MB to 1.5 GB and it seems this solved the problem.
