It was great app ... once
We cant load agent portal few days, live chat do not show online visitors. They do not answer on tickets and live chat, never answered on phone call. Because we cant chat with our clients we look like amateurs.

That is why we were so surprised to find out that you are dissatisfied with the way we have addressed all your concerns. Please note that we keep a full record of all the correspondence we have had with you and after a detailed review we can confirm that all your queries have been answered within maximum 24 hours. In addition, on several occasions, where you have shared your feedback about our service, we have come up with a quick resolution which we hope has been helpful. Please note that during the last few days we are having some technical issues with our external DDoS mitigation service provider CloudFlare. That has lead to some interruptions in our service but would like to assure you that we are working very hard on resolving all issues.
It is one of our highest priorities to provide good service to all our customers and that is why we would very much appreciate it if you could spear some of your time to further discuss any concerns that you may have.
