Moneris payment module

Moneris Solutions® was established in December of 2000 as a joint investment between the Royal Bank of Canada and the Bank of Montreal. Moneris' U.S. operations are based out of Schaumburg, IL and were originally known as Harris Bank Merchant Services/The Charge-It System.
At Moneris we believe in matching the right payment processing solutions with the right clients, enabling to accept all types of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB.

Installation instructions:

1. Download the plugin archive.
2. Go to admin area > configuration > local plugins.
3. Upload the plugin archive using the "Upload plugin or theme" plugin.
4. Scroll down through the list of plugins to find the newly installed plugin. And click on the "Install" button to install the plugin.
