Just got a reply from volusion about this new ads:

Dear Mr. Mazoulnitsyn,

We had actually deleted the ads in question in January and were unaware they were still displaying. Thank you for bringing them to our attention. We have reached out to Google to try to understand why they reappeared. Rest assured that it was not intentional. If you continue to notice them in the future, please report them to this address ([email protected]).

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Regards,

Just noticed this thread, and being in North America, just did a google on nopcommerce.  There is a volusion ad, but its different then the screenshot above. It looks to be non negative... just reads "Considering nopCommerce?" and tries to lure the user in.  Effectively they are buying the nopcommerce keyword as part of their campaign.  3dcart and avalara are also actively buying the word as part of their adwords.

Andrei, looks like Volusion is at it again with slanderous search advertisements.

Here is a screenshot of one on Bing today.

It reads "Not safe with NopCommerce. Don't risk getting attacked. Switch to safety.." and a link to Volusion.com/VSnopCommerce

And another one that reads "Forget their Commerce" with the same link to Volusion.com/VSnopCommerce

Please find a reply from Volusion below:

We are also having difficulty replicating the appearance of the ads in Bing. Can you provide the exact domain? Bing operates on different URLs in a number of countries, just as Google does.

Also, in these cases, it would be more helpful if you would click on the ad when it appears, copy the URL it takes you to, and provide that. The URL would have a code in it that will help us identify the ad(s) within our account(s).

Could you please provide requested URL here?

P.S. Looks like Volusion team even doesn't know how to manage its own ads.

Lol. It's very easy to at least pause the ads that target nopCommerce.

Here is a link from another ad with a title "Why Choose nopCommerce?".

Since they have a whole bunch of ads that target nopCommece, it wouldn't surprise me if they had an entire nopCommerce campaign with various slanderous ads that they could pause or delete.
