an email that just updates an attribute in the user file?

Hello,

I hope for some helpful assistance .I'd like to be able to automatically unsubscribe people from one list when they buy something ie unsubscribe from the prospect list and subscribe to the customer list or can I just have an attribute to do this
I'm thinking of using a list to indicate a show of interest in an offer. Should I start another list for each offer or can I put a like in an email that just updates an attribute in the user file?
Also, If a user is on more than one list will they get two copies of the same email I send to both lists?
Sorry if these seem like a barrage of questions, but they're all kinda related to the issue of using PHPlist as a CRM sundeniro.I went through CRM explainer videos but need some more help related to this. I would love to hear from anyone who actually uses it.Please help me .
