Subscription model

We are looking for a developer with experience implementing robust subscription management in nopCommerce. The solution requires the following, at a minimum:

•  Provide component for configuring subscription items
•  Ability to set replacement items for products within subscription bundle
•  Ability to set delivery frequency(ies)
•  Ability to ‘pause’ subscription
•  Customer can choose the ‘next’ subscription delivery. Orders will resume on a recurring basis from that
        month forward.
•  Ability for customer to update delivery frequency of subscription
•  Ability for customer to update delivery quantity of subscription
•  Ability for customer to sign up for annual subscription (think Amazon Prime)
•  Ability to auto-renew subscription
•  Ability for customer to maintain annual subscription.
•  View subscription renewal date, etc.
•  Cancel subscription
•  Ability to generate subscription orders based on frequency selected by customer
•  Ability to waive shipping & handling charges for subscribers
•  Ability to process discount on subscription orders for subscribers
