isn't this even a bug? currently it works that way, that the orders are not even cancelled but stay pending if the payment fails. so the customer has a pending order he could never fufill?
All hosted payment is working on this way it place order as pending and if customer want to pay for pending then they can process payment again by going to order detail page from my account section
