Publishing Nopcommerce 4.2 on linux server

Hello, I know, I am not the first one, who asks this, but I want to get totally sure.

I use nopcommerce 4.2, so as I understand it's using asp.net core.
Asp.net core is multiplatform usable.
So my question is, if I am able to code in visual studio on windows (local), and publish the website to a linux webserver
