File Upload cannot upload photos by customer

Hi Guys,

We have a File upload control for customers to upload photos when placing orders on our website, however, some customers have no problem while some customers are reporting the issue "Nothing happens when clicking on the button".

We believe this is related to the control itself and web browsers? Anybody meeting the same issue and how can we resolve it?

Anyone meeting with the same issue?

Is the control a custom or a 3rd party plugin?
Are there any errors in the log?
Does it always work when you do it?  Have you tried different browsers?

This is built control from nopCommerce, with Google Chrome, Firefox & IE, it works, is it possible within some certain APP, it cannot load?
