Version 3.9. The Application started every minute. Why?

I upgraded the program to 4.3 these days. I visited the website today and found that the website speed was very slow.

I checked the LOG and found a lot of Application started. Delete the 4.3 file, delete the database, and reinstall 3.9 LOG is still a continuous Application started This hasn't happened before, is it because the memory size is limited by the service provider?
