Header and menu mod V4.3

Hi,

I am looking for someone that could change the menu in the header of my Nobel Theme site.

Specifically:

1 - Remove the My Account and Wishlist from the top of the page and place them as well as a few other topic page links into a dropdown list in the main nav bar.

2- Increase the length of the top search text box and center it within the header.

Must be affordable and time is of the essence.
