Nop 4.3 - improve the speed of first-time loading

Hello all

We have nop4.3 webshop and we found that during the first time it's loading too slow because of some internal caching (nop is looking for the path of razor view). After app recycling is the same situation. Is it possible to avoid that somehow?

My idea is to load all pages in separate background task after starting the app but maybe someone already faced with such problem. Would be good to hear some ideas, suggestions. Thanks, guys!
