MailChimp plugin by NopCommerceTeam

Would it be possible to add a configuration to this plugin that allows you to only sync customers who are subscribers?

We have 30k customers but only 10k subscribers. The way MailChimp works, we have to pay extra monthly to have these 20k non-subscribed customers stored in MailChimp. We don't ever plan on sending them an email newsletter.

Adding this one configuration option would save us over $1000 a year.
