Specific Shipping for Vendor

Example : We have local and international sellers. Local seller can delivered within 3-4 days.
International seller taking 12-15 days for delivery.  

Our shipping Method:
Standard Delivery (2-3 Days)    
Economy Delivery ( 3-7 Days)      
International Express Delivery (7-10 Days)    
International Economy Delivery (15-30 Days)  

I want : Only international  shipping options will show during checkout for International sellers products.

Shipping Director can probably help you; however, you need to consider what to do when the cart contains products from multiple sellers (some local, some international).  NopCommerce does not support the customer selecting a shipping method per product, only one shipping method for the entire cart.
