Upgraded to 4.30 from 4.20, home page's reloading time is about 10 times longer when a user is logged in

The home page's reloading time is about 10 times longer when a user is logged in. Why there is such a big difference in reloading time? Please point out the possible causes.

These tests were conducted on a production server.

I use ACL for a vendor. So Ignore ACL rules (sitewide) is set to false. If I set to Ignore ACL rules (sitewide), it's a bit faster, but it's far from 10 time faster.
