Problem with list refresh and cache 4.40.4

I am playing with latest official version.
And there is a bug with refreshes and cache I suppose.

Hi,

With clearing the cache the problem is solved. But the same issue persists on different pages.
For example the link below is on adding category.

And my wondering is whether to fix will be applied for version 4.40.4 or I should fix it myself?

There is no such error on a clean installation. You can try it in our demo. Are you using any third-party plugins?

Hi,

I don't have rights to add items in the test site.
The sites are version 4.40.4, installed from package without source, and no plugins are installed. I was only configuring the websites.
I can grand access to my sites so you can have a look. I am hosting them on mocha host.

Actually the only modification is changing from AspNetCoreModuleV2 to AspNetCoreModule because the hosting company is not support it yet.
