ACL permission to only show products and his own orders (no changes allowed)

Is possibile by standard ACL configure:

1) User can access to admin area/products and can ONLY show product / filter List ore Export PDF / XLS list and it must not have permissions to delete / modify anything and cannot enter EDIT single Product

2) User can access to admin area/orders and he must be able to see ONLY his own orders or the shipment status and it must not have permissions to delete / modify anything

You can setup a Customer up as a Vendor
Then the Vendor can acces Admin
Then you can provide Access to Edit Orders and Products
Vendors can only see their own products and the orders that have purchased those products
But it is full access, you can not limit it to Read or Write access
You can not limit access to some of this functions you specified
You would need to customise to do that
