Dear customer, we had an huge outage in our EU datacenter last night. As the result, few of our database servers were badly damaged along with backup data of those servers. We deeply apologize for this incident. We never had such problem before for the past 20 years and we are now in the process of making changes to prevent this from ever happening again. If you have backup of your databases, please restore it from your control panel and your site should be working again. We would also like to offer you 18 months of free hosting service as a compensation for this incident. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

What cost more... you data or free hosting. They didn't send the offer to all customers. And there is no solution and nothing works and no communication.
