installing NOP as application under root site

Will NOP(v 4.3) work as an application under the main site?

For instance if I have a domain store.oranges.com , can I install NOP under store.oranges.com/store1?

I tried and installation works ok but I'm not able to login. When i try to login it keeps redirecting me to the same login page.

If I move the site out of the subfolder and place it under store.oranges.com , it does work.

Ignore, got it to work, the version i was using was corrupted with an earlier version of the install. Once i built a new version of the source , its working now.
