Schedule task not working

Hi all,

Schedule tasks were working when i was using the test env. Once i went live it didn't work

  فشلت المهمة المجدولة "Keep alive" بسبب الخطأ "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (eshop.jo.zain.com:443)" (نوع المهمة: "Nop.Services.Common.KeepAliveTask, Nop.Services". اسم المتجر: "Zain". عنوان تشغيل المهمة: "https://eshop.jo.zain.com/scheduletask/runtask").

I have loading balancer with 3 servers, any idea?

Are you using multiple stores or single store?
Just note that - all task schedulers will trigger only on that store which display order is lowest if you're running multiple store on single nopCommerce.

As per message, seems your store URL or host values have  url with port number.
Your actual store URL:https://eshop.jo.zain.com
Configured store url/host name: eshop.jo.zain.com:443

and make sure there is no port number included store URL and Host names  in admin > Configuration > Store > Edit
