Web.config Generates Error When v4.5 Is A Sub Application of Main Site

When running version 4.5 as an applcation beneath my main site, I keep getting the following error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Config Source:
   -1:
    0:

The site runs fine in my development environment.  Anyone have any idea what the issue is with the web.config file?   It looks fine, no unmatched tags..

It might be WebDav - I needed to remove it for standard operation.

But are you trying to run one .NetCore directory inside another .NetCore app because you cant do that as it is a limitation of .NetCore

I figured this out.  I thought that the .net 6 framework had already been installed.  Installingg the framework resolved the problem.
