What/Who is IQue_Inc?

Why do I have a user.config file that contains my Sql server name, db name, db username and db password in the below directory?

C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\iQue_Inc\noPAdmin.exe_Url_2jdqfqcyihav3ftcb4kizbpavea2kjh4\2.0.1.1\

This exists on both my dev box and web server.

Answered my own question, it's the NopAdmin software that I tried to use. Once.
