Order total after deleted items

After update on 4.3, option "ordersettings.autoupdateordertotalsoneditingorder" is no longer calculating order total. Furthermore, when enabled, any product change (quantity, priceExVat or PriceInclVat...) is not saved after saving changes.
If option "ordersettings.autoupdateordertotalsoneditingorder" is disabled, saving product changes works, but not synchronized in Order total.

@srki, since it is still in Beta, you should report a bug at https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce sou they can take a look at it.
