Assistance with Finalizing Set-Up

I am looking for help with finalizing the set-up of nonpCommerce.

(1) The USPS shipping module, need modifications so that all postal rate categories don't show and seeing why when the rates do come up, some of the type (I believe it's symbols for like the registration mark) are coming up as code and not the symbol.

(2) Getting the PayPal module to work properly. Right now I get an error and can't figure out why.

(3) When the client provides the information, will also need to get FedEx integrated into the site.
