How it will remove when uninstall.

It's 'removed' automatically;  when the plugin is uninstalled the plugin's ManageSiteMap won't be there to call / add item to menu.

Manu is loaded at runtime. if the plugin is uninstalled. menu should not load at admin site for plugin.
