Why does nopCommerce 4 redirect away from HTTPS?

Hello!

When I run nopCommerce 4.0 on my Windows 10 locahost under IIS and try to access it via HTTPS at https://local.shoptrex4.trex.com, my browsers all redirect to http://local.shoptrex4.trex.com.  I do have SSL enabled in the database and I see that I have the correct URL in the HTTPS URL column.

This redirect does not happen when I run the site SSL on under IIS on Windows Server 2012.

What else have I messed up?

Everybody ignore this.  It was redirecting because I had the HTTPS URL set up as HTTP://.
