Malicious activity to block IP Address....

The IP Address: 41.216.186.114
Country of Cameroon
They were on my site 6152 times in a very short period. Knocked down my site. All activity was in one file. The iis log file!
Obvious purpose was to hack my site.
I blocked the country and the IP address.

Having the same type of problem.  Just signed up for a cloudflare.com free account and you can create a firewall rule to block by country.  Seems to be working well so far.
