Google Checkout does not calculate shipping. What would be the best way to extend the nopCommerce Shopping Cart to calculate shipping and have the user select a shipping option before showing the Google Checkout link image? Once the Google Checkout link is clicked, include the user selected shipping charges in the cart XML for Google Checkout to display in the order. Please share your ideas.
