I looked up the IP address you stated and it came from France. Do you live in France? If so, it was probably someone who created an error in the application. Probably nothing to worry about. Nowadays, to hack a server, it takes a lot of money power. You would have to be a high-profile website for someone with enough resources to try and hack your website.

If you are a high-profile website, it is best to hire full-time security staff to monitor your system.
