Plugin required and may be more - Urgent

Hello,

I am from the UK and I am building a nopCommerce website for Mainland China and I need help.

I need a plugin / code to interact with ZTO Express Courier services (China specific).  I want to use their API services to identify when a delivery has been made.

I also want to pre advise them of a shipping and print any necessary labels.

Can you help? I have tight deadlines and need this completed before 15th April.
