ProductLoadAllPagedNopAjaxFilters Search Sku with LIKE

Is it possible to customize the SKU Search in ProductLoadAllPagedNopAjaxFilters so that it does a LIKE check instead of the exact match that it is doing right now. This is in reference to the usage of this sp from Instant Search plugin and I am on nopCommerce 3.80

I believe that ProductLoadAllPagedNopAjaxFilters  is from nop-template's plugin and it protected so you can't modify. May be you should get in touch with plugin author for support.
