Payment plugin for MasterCard Hosted Checkout.

Plugin supports Authorize, Capture, Refund and Void methods.
Plugin works in two modes:
- create order after payment
- create payment after creating payment

The plugin uses the different MasterCard API.
Your API stores credit card in the MasterCard Wallet (create the session ID).

So I couldn't use your plugin with my payment method? :(
