Need help to fix my theme

I had a custom theme done and there are a few issues with it.

For example the developer didn't include the option for attributes to show on the product detail page. So if a user orders a shoe, I need to know the shoe size. I can set this in the admin panel but it isn't showing on the page.

Or there are a few bootstrap responsive design issues that need to be fixed.
