Create payment module CECA

Hello,

In Spain there are two more important payment methods: Redsys and CECA, I need a price to create a payment module with CECA, it is very similar to Redsys https://www.nopcommerce.com/es/redsys-sermepa-payment-module

Another option is to update the Redsys module created by nopCommerce to SHA-256 encryption.
NopCommerce indicates that it will not update the module and says that anyone can use the code to update module
