Urgent hands on help required - Must be contactable +/- 4 hours UTC

We have stood up two linux Centos servers.  NopCommerce 4.20 is served by NGINX. Each machine is sat behind a load balancer in AlibabaCloud.
We are using Redis for memory caching. we are experiencing some very bizarre behaviour when we save data, data is stored except when the page refreshes we sometimes see the previous content (before the save).
We simply need an expert in this field that should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of

NopCommerce 4.20 running in a web farm AWS / AlibabaCloud environment.
