Need to setup SSL

Hi everyone, I would like to know how to navigate the site on https protocol, then how to enable ssl, I tried to generate a certificate with letsencrypt but I still have 403 error as a problem

you have to go websitename/Admin/Store/Edit/1

check the field name is "SSL enabled" and set Store URL & HOST values  properly
