To look at an image on the productInfo page I click the image next / below tha main image then the page in the bacjground goes dark and the selected image comes up in a small pop-up window. Now to look at this action unfolding it certainly a cute effect, but only the first time. The experience I have with users is that they want things fast. Looking at an image, it should pop-up quick, not be drawn slowly. Now I know it is fun to do this things when developing an application, however, this does not serve the actual enduser, the buyer in this case.
How can I get rid of this effect and just make it a straight clean pop-up?
Also, I do not want to have to close the pop-up window every time when selecting another picture. I only close it when I do not want to select a new picture.

Are you using the built-in theme, or a 3rd party / custom theme?
