NivoSlider and Animated GIF's

I am getting an error when trying to use animated GIF's with NivoSlider on the homepage. I think this is size related as if I make them small they work OK.

Is there a size limit set somewhere - either a max size if image upload, or max size for NivoSlider or somewhere else that I can change? Or is this a max size the database allows? or something else?

Maximum image size setting. Of course, it not the end of possibilities, but quite simple to change and retry :).
