If there are 3 items in my shopping cart, the shipping price will be charged 3 times. I want all orders under a certain amount to receive 1 fixed shipping cost, regardless of the number of items.
Are you using the "Additional shipping charge" field on the Product? Are you using warehouses? Which shipping provider plugin are you using? ("Fixed or By Weight and By Total"?)
