Customer Remainders plugin

Hi,

I have installed Customer Remainders plugin and configured as per the documentation. Added two Remainders for Abandoned Shopping Cart &  Completed orders. For those I have tested with adding items to the cart & placed an order, but the customer didn't receive  any remainders and the customer don't have an option to test from admin.

Could you help me, work flow of plugin.
